Bibliography Information
Doing research for a school project or paper? Want to know how to add this website or a specific page of this site to your Bibliography? We recommend the method found in the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, 6th edition (May 2003).
PLEASE NOTE: If your teacher has specified how to add websites to a Bibliography, use that method first. Don't get in trouble for not following your teacher's instructions!
If you used the entire site or several pages from the site, use this:
Xenarthra.Org. April, 2006. SlothWerks. [Date of Access] <http://www.xenarthra.org/>.
If you used a specific page...
"[Title of Page]." Xenarthra.Org. April, 2006. SlothWerks. [Date of Access] <URL of exact page you've viewed>.
For example, if you viewed our rainforest section on October 23, 2006 and used information from that page, your Bibliography entry would look like this:
"Tropical Rainforests." Xenarthra.Org. April, 2006. SlothWerks. 23 Oct. 2006. <http://www.xenarthra.org/rainforest/>.
